Whitest bark of all birches, with yellow fall foliage. Upright, narrow (pyramidal) growth to 50' tall,  30' wide. Growth rate 18"/year. Dark green, leathery leaves. Needs ample water, regular feeding.  Best in full sun, light shade tolerant.  Well drained soil, can tolerate wet sites.
