Appearance: Medium-sized, roundish with a short neck, yellow with a red blush.
Texture & Flavor: Smooth, buttery, melting flesh with a very sweet, nectar-like taste, sometimes with subtle vanilla notes.
Ripening: Mid-August to early September; can be picked firm and ripened indoors.
