A great compact tree for smaller-sized landscaping. Buds are lavender-red in spring.  Glossy, small, burgundy heart shape leaves, that turn yellow in the fall Unique weeping habit. Will grow to 6'-8' tall, and 5'-6' wide. Growth rate 12"-24"/year. Full sun/part sun/part shade, adaptable to many soils.
